Halloween WOD

Some friends of ours have a pretty killer Crossfit gym set up in their garage, so for the last couple of months we’ve been heading over there every Monday after work.  A free WOD with great people is always a good idea in this house!

Being Halloween and all, today’s WOD is in honor of 5 of the most popular Halloween costumes of 2011.

I totally made this up all by myself!!!! (You know you’re impressed)

Without further ado…Our scenario begins:

You’re walking down the street and, OH NO!  You encounter a series of Halloween critters.

(For time) 

Run for your life!  –>  Run 100m

Oh, no!  A vampire!  –>  50 situps (he’s rising from the grave, get it?)

Run for your life!  –>  Run 100m

Oh, no!  A witch!  –>  10 hang cleans (she’s got a broomstick, get it?)

Run for your life!  –>  Run 100m

Oh, no!  It’s the Angry Birds!  –>  10 pullups (they’re flying, get it?)

Run for your life!  –>  Run 100m

Oh, no!  It’s a zombie!  –>  20 KB swings (they eat brains…and throwing them around, apparently…get it?)

Run for your life!  –>  Run 100m

And last but not least……………..

OH, NO!  IT’S CHARLIE SHEEN!!!!!  –>  20 burpees (because they’re just ridiculous, just like him)

That’s it!!  Trust me, it’s a smoker 😉
