I had a hankering for chocolate last night so I threw some Rawtella in my breakfast bag to try with my Almond-Flax Bread and coffee today. It had a wonderful chocolaty flavor but came out kind of…crumbly:
I’ve had the Rawtella in the fridge for about a month and a half unopened, so I’m not sure if this was because it was chilled or that it was old. Or maybe it’s supposed to have a weird texture like this because it’s a raw food or something? I’m leaving it out of the fridge for now in the hopes that it will magically smooth out at room temperature.
Left work just a little bit early today to try and catch up with The Man before he heads down to San Antonio for a career conference (I told him not to come home without an offer for 6 figures or more). Ironically, I made it out of work long before he did since he got stuck at an appointment on post, so it looks like I’ll miss him since I’m heading down to Crossfit (all alone!) this evening.
Today’s WOD looks like a doozie…
AMRAP 10 minutes
60 Bar-Facing Burpees
30 OH Squats (120/90)
10 Muscle-Ups (Sub 4 Pullups + 4 Dips per MU)
I’m shooting for one whole round. Beyond that is just…blurg.
