Buttery Cinnamon Pancakes

Just decadent.  I would never eat these every day but if you feel like a breakfast treat, this is it!

(Serves 2-3)

1/3 c Almond Flour
2 T Coconut Flour
1 t Baking Soda
1/2 t Sea Salt
4 Eggs
1/2 c Coconut Milk
2 t Agave Nectar
1 t Vanilla

Cinnamon-Butter Topping

1/4 c Butter, melted
1 T Cinnamon
2 T Agave Nectar

Combine all pancake ingredients with a wire whisk and let batter sit for 5 minutes.  In a well-greased skillet, cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side.

Mix together ingredients for topping and drizzle over the pancakes.
