We’re moving a little slow this morning so I haven’t even made breakfast yet (unless you count massive quantities of black coffee), but every day this month I’m going to post everything I eat–meals, snacks, random munchies, drinks…everything.
In case you were wondering, the Whole9 just published it’s Whole30 Version 5.12 in honor of the new year. Definitely check it out and read the fine print, but basically it boils down to these principles:
- NO added sugar, natural or otherwise (not even honey, agave nectar, maple syrup, etc)
- NO alcohol or tobacco
- NO grains
- NO legumes
- NO dairy (with the exception of clarified butter)
- NO white potatoes
- NO Paleo-fying
- NO obsessing over the scale or body measurements
