Whole30, Day 11

Forgive my lack of extraneous commentary today…it’s been a loooooong one.

(That’s what she said)

Breakfast

Leftover Chorizo Breakfast Bake and some spiced cauliflower.

Lunch

Big salad with all the usual suspects.

Snack

Post-workout hard-boiled egg, then a bowl of mushrooms when I got home.  Don’t judge.

Dinner

Leftover beef tongue mixed up with leftover spaghetti squash and ground sausage, topped with some marinara.  I’m going to bed fat and happy.
